Also the perfect place for a summer wedding! Our first meeting with them began with talks of sunfish and sailing clubs and from there we fell in love with their love story. Their wedding day was no less exciting. It was a hot and humid day in July but no one let the weather affect their mood. Not even a veil mishap in the morning was going to put a damper on this wedding!
Lyndsay and Will had planned for their first look to be pre-ceremony at the nearby Lover’s Leap Bridge and after anxiously watching the radar all morning, we decided we could sneak some photos in outside. They were so happy to be able to get photos in the spot of their choice and we couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. The storm clouds continued to threaten their ceremony but they held out for this gorgeous couple to tie the knot (nautical pun intended!) in front of their family and friends! We even got to run outside during the reception after the storm passed for some beautiful evening shots by the lake. Throughout the day all we saw was close family and close friends sharing in the excitement of this beautiful wedding day. With personal touches on every table, like the boat her dad made on the sweetheart table, and honey from her parents beehives as favors, the day was a perfect testament to Lyndsay and Will’s life together.
Congratulations Lyndsay and Will! Your day was epic…nothing less than what you deserved.
As always we have to give a shout out to the vendors that made this day amazing. Without them, we would have a lot less to photograph. (We also think Instagram is beautiful so here are their Instagram handles too.)
