Happy New Year! I know we’re a month in already…but it’s still pretty new so I can still say that right? And honestly we’re still quite happy (when are we not though…) so yes, I can still say Happy New year!

We’re so happy to share our first wedding of 2020 (still weird typing that!), the wonderful Angela and Mike! The plans were made, as all brides know, a year in advance for a bitter January day, but Mother Nature had different plans for these two. With all of our diligent planning and scouting for places to tuck into for a quick warm up in between photos, we found out none of it would be necessary. We were blessed with a sunny 60 degree day in New Haven, allowing us to run around the Yale campus and take advantage of the beautiful architecture as a backdrop for this couple’s love. Throughout the day we saw an epic unfolding of support, love, and a million pounds of laughter as we captured smiles, tears, and crazy dance moves. I could write it all out in words…but really I want you to feel the day for yourself through these photos. Enjoy, this day was nothing short of amazing.
